Mission: ​To spread the word of our Heavenly Father and His loving son Jesus Christ in a fun and informative way. The Upper River Ministries Children's Program would like ll young children and their families to know that we are all children of God. 

Purpose: The program's purpose is to encourage families of children nursery school age through fourth grade to study the word of God through projects created by the program.
